The problem AIVIS solves

AI models are becoming primary discovery channels. When someone asks ChatGPT about your industry, your brand may be mentioned, described, or compared to competitors. The information is not always accurate.

Unlike a bad Google result, you cannot request removal of an AI-generated response. There is no "edit" button. You cannot submit a correction and have it applied. The only defence is to know what is being said, verify whether it is correct, and build documented evidence when it is not.

How AIVIS works

1. You set your brand facts

When you set up AIVIS, you create a truth record — a structured set of verified facts about your brand. This includes your product description, pricing, features, founding date, key differentiators, and anything else that can be verified. You control this record and update it whenever your brand changes.

2. AIVIS scans AI models

AIVIS queries ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity with the same questions your customers would ask. It records every response in full.

3. Every claim is scored

Each claim in every AI response is compared against your truth record. The verdict engine assigns a verdict to each response:

  • Accurate — the information matches your verified facts
  • Hallucinated — the AI made a claim that is factually incorrect
  • Competitor bias — the AI favoured a competitor in a way that misrepresents your position
  • Unverified — the claim cannot be confirmed or denied against your current facts

4. You see exactly what is wrong

The Visibility Dashboard shows your Integrity Score (0–100), which models are most and least accurate, how your score is trending, and which specific claims need attention.

5. Evidence is preserved

On Growth plans and above, every AI response is stored in the Audit Ledger — an immutable, timestamped record with full provenance (the model, the query, the exact response, the verdict, and the date). This creates an evidence trail you can use for internal reporting, client reports, or external disputes.

What AIVIS is not

  • Not a reputation management tool. AIVIS does not try to change what AI says about you. It verifies whether what they say is correct and provides evidence when it is not.
  • Not an SEO tool. AIVIS does not optimise your search rankings or track keyword positions. It operates in the AI response layer, which is separate from traditional search.
